Meet us on the mat! Here is where we lay the foundation for all of the muscle work that we do in Bangin’ Body. In BASE, you will work muscles you never knew you had, in a way that you never have! On the mat, you will learn proper form for the basic and most advanced positions and moves that we will be executing across all of the Bangin’ Body Branches.
